MEET THE STAFF

Mike Myers

Owner/CEO

Mike Myers started coming to work with his father at a young age and grew up around the work environment. He began working weekends during his junior high school days at the age of 12. By the age of 18, he was able to become ASE Master Certified; one of 5 in the country to receive the certificate at 18 years old. He continued his career working for his father, Richard Myers, until he purchased the company in 2006. Mike is now the Owner/CEO of Myers Garage and works diligently to ensure consistent, top-tier service for all of his clients. He works with all of the employees to grow and provides continual training to improve business.

Mike enjoys spending weekends at the races, with his son Michael and his wife Melissa, building his son's race machines. He also enjoys shooting sports, and playing with and training his five Miniature Australian Shepherds.

Korey Miller

Service Manager/Service Adviser

Korey Miller has been in the automotive industry since 1999, working as a parts advisor, service adviser, and car salesman. He discovered Myers Garage in late ‘99 when he began delivering parts to us. In early 2017, Korey began working at Myers Garage as a Service Manager, and is one of the voices you hear when you call Myers Garage.

In Korey’s off time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and dogs.

Jon Cowen

Parts Manager/Get stuff done guy

Jon has been with us for 10 years. He started out on Saturdays in 2007 to hangout and learn the ropes, then began working in the shop in 2008.

He moved into the office in 2012 and is currently Parts Manager. He manages our in-house parts inventory, builds all the estimates, orders and retrieves all parts needed for jobs, and shuttles customers. He works at a local Napa on the weekends to stay busy, and has learned all he knows about the automotive industry from his family of co-workers.

Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his family, especially spoiling his toddler niece Lyla, riding four-wheelers, engaging in shooting sports, playing video games, being outdoors, running around soccer fields with old teammates, taking trips up to Chicago for Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks games, watching all kinds of motorsports, and working on the house he bought in 2015.

He was once told he has been here since the first brick was laid and he plans on continuing the hard work invested, he stays late and comes in early, while keeping the passion of providing professional and personal service well into the future.

Brad Berry

ASE Certified Technician 

Brad Berry is one of Myers Garage’s longest working Technicians, starting here in 2006. Brad found Myers Garage through a mutual friend. He now assumes the role of Lead Tech and Shop Foreman. Brad has 38 years of experience and helps to mentor our less experienced techs. Brad discovered his technical career in 1980 by working on a farm, and has grown his passion since. Brad is an ASE Certified Master Technician.

He enjoys his time off playing racketball and golf.

Matthew Perry

Technician/Training to become ASE Certified 

Mathew found his way into the repair industry while serving in the Navy. After turning wrenches on aircraft, Matthew began working here at Myers Garage in January of 2018. He is currently a Service Technician, and is continually training to expand his knowledge and work his way to Master Technician status.

In Matthews off time, he enjoys all types of sports like basketball, golf, pool, and swimming.

Matt Kraemer

ASE Certified Technician 

Matt Kraemer started with Myers Garage in September of 2018, after responding to an ad on Facebook that caught his mother-in-laws attention. Matt performs maintenance and repair on all makes and models that come into the shop. Matt grew up in a shop enviornment and has 10 years of experience in the industry, and is a great addition to our staff. Matt enjoys the shops 4.5 day work week, benefits offered, the team enviornment, our up-to-date and new equipment, and training that we offer.

In Matt's time off he enjoys spending time with his three daughters and wife, boating, camping, and fishing.
